Appointment Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, diminishing your experience. We strive to deliver the full session within the scheduled time, but arriving more than 10 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. For information on fees related to cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To accommodate our guests promptly and to honor our providers' schedules, Novu implements a 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Failure to attend or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee, charged automatically to the credit card on file, as follows:

Injection/Medical Appointments:

15 minutes: $50

30-59 minutes: $100

60 minutes or more: $150

Skin Health Appointments:

Skin Consultations: $30

Any Skin Health Service: $50

After three instances of no-shows or late cancellations, clients will be required to pay in full for future services at the time of booking. This prepayment is non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is breached. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the payment will be credited towards future services at Novu.

We value our providers' time highly as they are scheduled weeks or months in advance, and we manage a lengthy waitlist. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling these slots. Your adherence to our cancellation policy is appreciated, enabling the Novu team to maintain superior service quality for all clients and respect our team members' time.

Refund Policy

Services rendered are not eligible for refunds. Aesthetic outcomes vary among individuals, and while we endeavor to meet your expectations, results cannot be assured. Clients are accountable for the cost of additional treatments to achieve their desired outcomes

Product Returns: We do not offer refunds on purchased products. Defective items can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
